These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of the JEE Sniper platform ("Service", "we", "us", "our") operated by JEE Sniper ("Company"). Please read them carefully before registering or using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for an account or using the JEE Sniper platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a minor, you (as parent or guardian) agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf and accept full responsibility for their use of the Service.
JEE Sniper is an educational preparation platform designed to help students preparing for JEE (Main and Advanced) systematically track, classify, and analyse errors across Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The Service includes:
The Service is intended for educational and self-improvement purposes only. It does not guarantee any particular academic outcome, rank, or exam result.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 years of age may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement. The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users who do not meet eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You are fully responsible and liable for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
The Service operates on three membership tiers. Quotas and features are as follows:
| Feature | Free | Pro (Weekly Sprint) | Elite (Daily Tracker) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manual error logs | 15 total | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| OCR pre-fills / month | 1 | 60/month | Max 50/day |
| AI Mentor Reviews / month | 1 | 4 | Max 1/day |
| Analytics | Basic | Subject breakdown charts | Subject breakdown charts, High-confidence analysis, Topic Heatmap |
| PYQ mock exam practice | Not available | 1 attempt/day, 1 review/day | 3 attempts/day, 3 reviews/day |
Quoted quotas are subject to fair use. The Company reserves the right to adjust tier features or quotas with reasonable advance notice to users.
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The Company does not store your full card or banking credentials. By initiating a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and authorise the charge to your selected payment method.
Paid subscriptions do not renew automatically. Starting 7 days before your subscription expiry date, the platform will display a prominent renewal reminder within your account. You are responsible for initiating a renewal before the expiry date if you wish to continue on a paid tier.
If no renewal is completed by the expiry date, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Tier. Your complete error log history is retained, but only the most recent 15 errors will be accessible until a paid subscription is reinstated.
If you choose to renew in advance — before your current subscription has expired — the new subscription period is queued and comes into effect immediately upon expiry of the current one. No overlap or double-billing occurs; you will not lose any days from your current paid period.
By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer credits or exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Any such exception shall not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.
The OCR pre-fill and AI Mentor Review features rely on third-party generative AI models. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
Abusive usage of AI features, including automated scripting, prompt injection, reverse engineering of AI prompts, or any attempt to extract proprietary system instructions, will result in immediate and permanent termination of access without refund.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:
The Service, including its design, code, branding, analytical frameworks, AI prompt architecture, and all content created by the Company ("Company Content"), is owned by JEE Sniper and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in Company Content to you.
You retain ownership of the error log data, notes, and reflections you create and submit to the platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Company does not claim ownership over screenshots or question images you upload for OCR processing.
The Service relies on third-party providers for core functionality, including but not limited to authentication and database services, AI and generative model providers, and payment processing. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Temporary or extended unavailability of a third-party service does not entitle you to a refund or service credit.
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at the address below. Upon closure, your User Content will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days, subject to retention obligations under applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or if we are required to do so by law. Termination for breach does not entitle you to any refund.
If your account downgrades to the Free Tier, your full error log history is retained but only the most recent 15 errors will be active. Upgrading to a paid tier restores full access to your historical data.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its developers, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
In any event, the Company's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms, the Service, or any features at any time. For material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
